34th TABUdag and The workshop on Minority Languages in a Multilingual EuropeGroningen (Países Bajos), del 13 al 14 de junio de 2013
URL: http://www.let.rug.nl/tabudag/2013/The annual TABU Dag is an international linguistics conference organized at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Researchers, students and other interested people are warmly invited to participate. TABU Dag originated from the university’s linguistic journal TABU (taalbulletin, language bulletin) and over the last 33 years has developed into a well-established conference with a varied programme and guest speakers from different fields.The conference offers excellent opportunities to meet other linguists and discuss current research in several areas of linguistics. Postgraduate students and postdoctoral researchers in particular are encouraged to present their work.
In connection with TABU Dag 2013, a workshop on Minority Languages in a Multilingual Europe will be held, in cooperation with the Fryske Akademy, its Mercator Research Centre on Multilingualism and Language Learning and the Department of Frisian Language and Culture of the University of Groningen.
We are pleased to announce Jeroen Darquennes, University of Namur, as the keynote speaker for this workshop.
