II International Conference on Applied Linguistics to Language Teaching: Towards Plurilingualism

You are invited to participate in our II International Conference on Applied Linguistics to Language Teaching: Towards Plurilingualism, to be held from June, 26th to 28th, 2014 in Madrid.
After the excellent reception of the I Conference in 2012, with more than 300 participants from all over the world, Nebrija University becomes once again a meeting point for teachers and researchers of Spanish, English, French, and German as foreign languages. This year it will feature a novelty: the participation of two guest languages, Catalan and Chinese.
Under the motto “Towards Plurilingualism,” representatives of six idiomatic communities will debate the challenges of the plurilingual society and the most recent aspects of the teaching and assessment of the communicative competency. Please, consult a more detailed information of this call at http://www.congresolenguasnebrija.es/inicio&lang=en
You can send us your proposals for oral presentations, workshops and posters until March, 31st.  The best of them will be selected by a committee of experts to be published in a collective scientific book.
We are also organizing some seminars for the days around the Conference in case you decide to make it double in training and exchange. A seminar on Introduction to Statistics is already ready, aimed to teachers and researchers of those subjects dealt in the Conference: http://www.nebrija.com/seminarios-investigacion-doctorandos/
